All panels are produced using FSC®-certified wood and comply with CARB P2 standard, meeting the strict environmental requirements of the European and U.S. markets.
Located in one of China’s key wood-panel manufacturing regions, we source directly from trusted local suppliers in, ensuring short supply chains, low emissions, and material consistency. Each batch of raw panels undergoes quality verification before entering production — securing both environmental integrity and long-term reliability for our partners.
Our production system is built upon globally recognized environmental and safety frameworks.
Chaoneng holds FSC® Chain of Custody certification, and our furniture panels meet CARB P2 (California Air Resources Board) — ensuring low formaldehyde emissions and full legal compliance for exports to Europe and North America.
Internally, we implement a three-tier quality control system (IQC–IPQC–OQC), supported by in-house testing equipment and material traceability records.
This integrated system guarantees sustainability, precision, and accountability from raw material intake to finished goods shipment.

By adopting water-based coatings, vacuum wrapping, and flat-pack packaging, we effectively reduce VOC emissions, energy consumption, and carbon footprint during production and transport.
